In my personal time, I find myself following the same approach I take with my clients.
Embracing Playfulness
I center joy in my life through time spent with loved ones. I take pride in making my friends laugh and relish in pressuring them to dance in public whenever possible.
Cultural Richness
I am the descendant of enslaved Africans, the daughter of a Panamanian immigrant, and a St. Louis City native. I was raised by 3 generations of Black women whose legacy and love I will carry with me every day. I am dedicated to telling their stories and the stories of so many like myself.
Honesty
I’ve struggled with this approach in the past. I’ve made ill informed decisions by ignoring my intuition. I believe, “go with your gut” is more than a saying, it’s a set of instructions telling me to trust myself.
